    well....
my "insert as many rude words known to human kind" conveyancer hasn't even lodged the section 27 to my bank for release of our deposit money to pay for the new house. This needs to be given to the vendor on Tuesday!
"insert as many rude words known to human kind"
I sent the conveyencer the signed section 27 on ....wait for it.... 7th of December!
I've spoken to the conveyencer twice since following up and they keep telling me that the section 27 was sent in, but the banks are so backlogged etc...

called the bank today for something else and just wanted to spy on the conveyancer and see if they did send it and they said....

    "NOPE"

The bank person said section 27's are processed with 2 business days.

i could strangle the conveyancer right now. I so could.

Write it all down chicky, write it all down. We had SO many issues with our bank through the whole damn process, and I documented EVERYTHING and shoved it down their throats once it was all finalised. Wait til it's done, then let out Da Turk

I'm sorry you're having issues though

I'd say to have everything packed and ready to load in the morning, and get the truck to arrive as early as possible so it can be loaded.

If possible put all boxes in garage the day before so you can clean the house (or arrange with the new owners if they are not moving in on the same day to have professional cleaners come the day after).

I spouse it also matters on what the other two families are doing... moving into yours... and out of your new one...
