We've sold and purchased another and both settlements are on the same day.

How the heck do we move? I mean how do i organise a removalist? For what time? How much time have i got to move out on that day? What if the new owners of this home have their truck outside waiting as we are still loading our truck?

It is doing my head in. I'm in super panic mode. I've got under one month!
