true "bond loans" are paid when the department pays your bond and they get their money back when you leave

i don't know if there is a way you can get an actual short term loan for the bond through a charitable organisation in the shorter term though
When I got mine through DOH about 15 years ago, I paid it back to the DOH and then it was mine when I left. I also had one previous short tenancy with a good payment history and good employment history but was between jobs at the time.
