    likewise! I feel that not having a stress that the landlord might call for an inspection worth the extra though!

    rent - $250/week but it is worth much more than that!

    Would love to own our own house but TBH the thought does scare me a bit, means you're kind of tied to that house, that town..don't know if we're ready to really settle where we are!

    own - I live in a very small town in North Western Canada so this may not be relevant but our mortgage is $1000 (CAN) a month.

    We pay about $710 f/n on a $220K loan.

    We own our home that we built, but are currently working interstate so we're just about to move into our rental.
    Mortgage is 1250 p/f
    Rent is covered by the company.
