Call the police! The rental agents won't be able to do much out of hours. Go straight to the police, they're more likely to do something anyway.

Hope you get something sorted without the police getting involved but if not - CALL. If they're breaking the law when the police get there (eg loud music/shouting above certain volume) then you don't have to get involved at all.

    Good luck!

Thankyou thankyou thankyou Ladies!! I have just gotten the full details of the rental agent from the Rates Dept of my local council - he even wished me good luck lol Now I just need to put together an accurate detail of events etc (we have noted dates and times) and get in touch with the agents. They are nowhere near a local agent either, suburbs away so I would have never looked that far as possible contacts.

On one hand I'm dreading possible repercussions as they are likely to know it's us, but we need to get this sorted grrrr And we will be calling the police when needed from now on too.

    Thanks again

Good luck - I hope it all works out for you. Glad the council was helpful too.
