Yeah, I think speaking to the manager is the next step. The thing is, we originally met with him when we were deciding whether to sell or rent out this place. He said if we decide to rent it, we'd be dealing with K. She came out the first and second times to meet us and sign us up, but since then it's been J and I've just found her to be pretty slack.
