Absolutely! Since DH has been working from home, we have been considering moving a bit further away from the city, but Internet speeds are a serious consideration for us and have made us stay put. Sure, DH is in I.T., but even if he wasn't, I think we would find a slower connection (we have ADSL 2) incredibly frustrating. My BIL has just made a move further away (he is also running his own business) and they are struggling so much with their Internet - not only are they spending an absolute fortune on wireless dongle recharges, but they have issues with quotas, connection reliability and crazy-slow speeds. I hear them moan about it and realise we would be miserable without our current connection speed.
