This is an interesting thread for me as I have just had a c-section and am turning 37 this year which doesn't leave much time for me if I want to have another babe. And we're pretty sure we do want a sibling for James. I just don't think I could wait much more than 9 months before trying to conceive again - the whole clock ticking thing has me quite nervous! I will talk about it with my doc on my next visit.
