i used my infantino sling from about 3 weeks after my c/s - i had to as i was by myself with a 2 1/2 year old & the baby always wanted to be held - had no problems at all - just give it a try & see how your scar feels - i think cause the infantino puts most of the weight across your back it should be fine plus you can adjust the strap & carry her higher if that helps

by the time i was recovered well enough from the c-section, to start using the carriers (this took months), i was on my own everyday, no-one to help me get my bub in and out of the carrier, baby was not used to it, it was all too hard, we flopped at carriers.
it seems to me, people have different experiences of c-sections, the length of time to recover, varies heaps. Some people are well enough to drive before the six weeks is up, i was still nowhere near well enough to drive when the six weeks was up.
Having household stuff that is normally on the floor, raised to waist height, was a life saver, i coudln't have looked after my baby any other way.
