Yeah apparently you can't eat until you have passed wind in case something went wrong & you have a blockage somewhere. They didn't believe me that I had in recovery (at 2am) and refused to give me anything for breakfast other than liquids. So I had breakfast at 7am Saturday then nothing but water until lunch at 1pm on Sunday!
