I had this - I had the UTI, I was constipated, and then I also took some Fenugreek to help my breastfeeding..well we ended up back at the hospital - I was in agony and I threw up from the Fenugreek as well. They just did a blood test, they never found any bacteria, just a high white cell count at the time.
