My Hint... After my c-sect.. my DHs undies were the best thing for a couple of days LOL.. he wears the tight boxer things but the band on them sat above my wound & they were so comfy (he wasnt impressed but too bad LOL).... plus you could still wear a pad with them!!!!!!!
