How did you recover after your second C-Section?

I hope you get your vbac jakabella, but my recovery from my CS second time was even better than the first. No issues at all.

My second recovery was much better and faster than my first - I think my body knew what was going on and I just adapted (of course I claimed that I was unable to do anything that remotely resembled housework for 8 weeks )

My first was an emergency after long labour so I had an awful recovery. My second (a scheduled c/s) was heaps easier - even though I lost twice as much blood and they had to do a ton of repair work on my bladder because there were adhesions. I was up and showered and walking around and wearing DD in a ringsling within 5 hours of surgery - one of the middies who came in to help me in the shower was wondering why I needed her because she thought I was on day three. I was home in the afternoon of day three, and was moving normally pretty quickly. My first I was still in a lot of pain after three weeks.
