Thanks Tilda-I think i have done the wrong thing. My milk only came in yest so day 4 and I felt like it was delayed because I was tired from being kept awake from the drugs while my dh and baby slept! Plus the pain wasn't too bad.....but now-wow. I was given digesic a few hrs ago and was able to sleep afterwards so I'm happy with that. Still sore and achey but hopefully the morning will bs better
