Hey hun I remember having some pain quite a few weeks post c/s and it was always when I had overdone it with lifting and walking. I would think you just need to be really careful over the next few days, remember your no lifting and over head stretching and see if it settles down, even by tomorrow with some decent rest. If you do need to pick up anything (or anyone!) then do it with your knees and be really careful babe. If it's still bad with a bit of rest or if it gets worse, then get it checked.
