Did you have dissolvable stitches? It wouldn't be the last of the stitches internally tightening before they fully dissolve? I have no idea and I only vaguely remember some pain associated with the stitches about a month afterwards.

If there is no brusing or oozing it it probably fine, but still worth getting checked out if you are worried. I hope the pain stops soon
