Totally get the emergency c/s vs scheduled from how it affects you. I was more thinking of what you could do to keep baby in for as long as possible to avoid the SCN. Best case would be waiting, no labour and in for your c/s when bub is cooked enough to stay with you. Understand with the heart complications how tricky that is.
