I guess with waiting until the normal 39wks for a scheduled c section there is a risk I would go into labour. More so with my history. Also I wouldn't like to be in a situation where I had someone caring for me that didn't know me or my history which could happen, as I assume the OB will be away at some point over xmas and I do think this *could* have had a tiny sway in the "do it before xmas" speech..
