Sunshine - Thanks for the advice. I do have a pretty good diet (we have a vegie garden too - so sometimes you can't get fresher). But I am currently on BCP and do feel a difference in my energy levels when I take Vit B or my Multi. I love, love, love your birth story. I really do hope that one day I can experience birth as it's meant to be...
