We are with Bingle. Online only and very cheap, they are no frills.
I had a car accident a couple of months ago at 10:30am, insured with Bingle. The car was picked up and written off by 1:30pm the same day and money in our bank account two weeks later. I was very happy with them and how quick and easy they handled everthing. They also re-insured me two days later when had a new car and were still the cheapest by far.
They have this service where you hop online, advise you want someone to ring you with click of the button and one minute later my home phone was ringing.
