    DH comments every time he sees a Great Wall ad. Apparently they weren't allowed into Australia until recently as the quality was so poor. Not sure what's changed to allow them now. Also, I wonder what sort of support (maintenance) is available given the limited number of dealerships, mechanics familiar with them and no Australian factory. I suggest google them to find reviews, but IMHO there's too many unknowns.

    My cousin has one and raves about it..

    Honestly, I had never heard of them. We do have a dealer around the corner and I have seen them there, but as pp have stated, they would be costly to maintain as there isn't the knowledge on them.

    i've heard the safety rating them on them is shocking.....i think they're cheap for a reason

    I would stay away from them, they are cheap for a reason and that reason isn't a good one.
