No, the tyres on a Delica can be as aggressive as a Patrol or 'Cruiser. Just as on a Patrol or 'Cruiser they can be as road-orientated tread as you like (and not suitable for off road at all!)
I mean, if you really wanted to, you could buy an off the shelf 2inch lift kit for a Commordore and stick a set of muddies under it. If that's your thing... lol
