Just an update, I called CS and the woman I got on the call was soooo helpful and understanding in our tricky situation. Ex rang and got the same woman too and all was sorted with in the hour.
I'm sure sometimes the staff at CL and CS get bad raps but hey in the last 3 weeks where they even found tissues as I was sobbing in CL, and when she wished me good luck she even sounded legit
Thank you too the wonderful people at these govement offices they made me feel human as a single working mother.
