That's what I thought. He hasn't paid be a cent though & owe's about $3000. Unless he puts in his tax they'll never catch up with him.
He gets paid by cheque & his employer is ignoring any communication, so there's nothing that can be done. I highly doubt he'll call them while he's getting away with not paying.
