contact the Family Relationships Advice Line -they will give you contact details for a mediation provider local to you. if you don't believe he will adhere to a parenting plan that is devised in mediation, you can then arrangeme to have that submitted to the courts to become a court order - if he doesn't comply, there are penalties i believe. not sure of exact legalities but give them a call and they'll help
