Thanks you for your reply briggsy's girl. I just called family relationships centre and have spoken to them about mediation. There is a waiting list so now I am waiting for that to occur. Bit worried actually as the plan is to put a family plan thing in place to protect DDs wellbeing but if at all possible I know ex will try and make some ridiculous request. All I want is for steps to be put in place to ensure my DD is not picked up at my home, if so I will get an AVO and he turns up and drops her off on time and has her every two weeks like he has told CS he does. I just hope it works out. I have a feeling he will take me to court using legal aid as he said he wants me to waste my money on legal representation where as he gets it for nothing. Its not about denying him access or joint custody just making an unpleasant thin between us more bearable.
