Ok, thank you. I know it won't be much, but anything is better than nothing, right?
I figure he's probably exaggerating to make himself sound like he's doing well or something. but DS is still entitled to his money so he really should be putting more, or even some, money towards him.

    Hi Melly
It's not clear whether you have opted into CSA collecting for you or not. I would suggest that you make sure that CSA know he is in arrears as from recollection they can only chase arrears 3 months behind if you are a private collect arrangement.
    Good luck.

Belinda is right. Unless there are special circumstances, CSA can only chase the last three months' worth of arrears, if you were on private collect before this. If you were CSA collect, then they can still collect more arrears. Good luck.

Ok, thank you both for that.. We're on CSA collect, as I didn't trust him to pay it by himself in the beginning (even though he said he wanted a private agreement).

Just thought I would let you know even with csa collect they can get behind and csa won't do anything till you contact them to start the ball rolling. I have had to do this on many occasions.

Sounds to me like he's exaggerating. There's no way known he could be earning that much an hour and not have to pay you anything.
