Routine yes, 7.30 read books, bed 8.00pm.... She has a night light and some calm music playing. I don't want to lay in bed with her as I know lily and that will end up being an issue.

Hmm I can't really help but hopefully someone will come with some advice. I lie with my boys till they fall asleep as they need cuddles and won't deny them of it.
