    Imaginary Friend & Bed wetting

    Hi,
Not sure if this is right for this section or what, but I am a little worried and trying to figure out what to do.
My daught is almost 5years old and has been toilet trained through the night for about a year with the occasional bed wetting when she is really tired. About a week ago she has started to talk about a Miss ? a lot and my hubby and I couldn't figure out who she is.
Today I have just worked it out, she came to visit and have a milk shake. So I made milk shakes for everyone. She has green hair and sparkles on her lips. 5 days ago she has wet the bed everynight. Running out of sheets. My daughter just says that she doesn't know she is wetting. Yesterday she stood in the kitchen and had a wee on the floor and said the same thing.
I have had her urine tested eg/ UTI? and no answers there. It is very upsetting, wondering if something is worring her.
Anyway, needed to have a chat and vent. If anyone has any advice, please let me know. At this stage i am just going with the flow.

What has changed in her life recently? Sounds like something big is happening. I don't know anything about you, so I'll say it doesn't have to be something big like moving house or new school, it could be big in her world - maybe a new cousin, friend, or even someone picking on her. Or she could just feel she is getting less attention and (subconciously) is wetting more to get attention.

There's nothing wrong with imaginary friends, they are perfectly normal and, in today's society, a positive thing - it shows your daughter has an active imagination. Maybe you could harness that imagination and play make-believe games together?

    Best of luck.

hmmmm something is going on for sure. Have a think about the things around her that may have changed as Rosehip suggested. Doesn't have to seem big to you but anything you think may be effecting her.

    Thank you

Thanks for your replies, sorry took so long I had trouble accessing belly b/c of password probs. Anyway, I haven't heard about Miss Kelsie for a while now and the bed wetting has gone to 2nd/3rd night so I think it is getting better by itself.
Thanks for the advice, it's nice to know that people care.
