Myson..... it's not all that uncommon for woman not to ovulate. I monitored my cycle for a few months leading up to our FS appointment just so see what was happening, and I had no signs of ovulation at all. I was diagnosed with PCOS.

I am still not sure about if you have ovulated I'm sorry...

Thanks Leasha, I have suspected it may be a problem for me. I will keep monitoring for a while so I have information to present if it comes to needing a specialist. Can I ask what sort of things should I be keeping track of that they may want to know?

The temperature charts are good, as well as average cycle length. Have I asked if you temp vaginally? My FS told me to do that as oral temps were too inaccurate (mouth breathing etc). Do you have a BBT?
My FS wasn't that big on CM, ferning, or cervical position (my CM wasn't all that reliable anyway, but my CP was always spot on during TTC). Questions my FS asked were how long I got AF for, how painful was it, how heavy. Things like pimples, weight gain loss, lifestyle and habits, bowel movements, diet, contraception (well, n/a for me, but you just came off the implanon right? thats pretty important), body hair.

For me it was a bit different because I wasn't actually trying before I saw the FS, so this was more of a could there be a problem, rather than what is the problem IYKWIM.

Ok thanks for that. I am temping orally with a bbt. Have considered switching to vaginal after this cycle.

Body hair... interesting... so maybe thats why I have a goatee???

Myson - I generally did have accurate charts with oral temps. You could maybe try an ear thermometer, otherwise?
Check out the forum here on PCOS, and you'll find lots of info and support, and maybe you'll be able to tell better what you personally might be dealing with.

Thanks Cricket, I like the idea of putting the thermometer in my ear first thing every morning... compared to the other alternative. Will look at that thread now. Thanks again.
