My cycles are getting shorter! Eeek!

Thanks for your reply Teresa I'm glad I'm not the only one with random cycles after having a baby! This period is a little more normal than my last one but it's definitely lighter and less painful. Hmmm, someone remind me why I'm bothered by this?

It'll be interesting to see when I actually O these days. Sadly, I'm quite excited to use my OPKs this cycle and see how my chart looks at the end of the month. Tragic!

After DD my 28 day cycls became 33-34 when I was on the pill and anywhere from 26-36 off the pill. I'm UTD now so obviously something's still working

It could jsut be random post-baby irregularity. I know before I had my thyroid removed I had undiagnosed underactive thyroid and my cycles were quite short and light.

Just a quick update - may be handy for anyone experiencing similar issues....

Well AF just arrived, at CD30 so that's been a longer than usual cycle. I guess that's made things sort of even again!

My charts are looking consistent and my O date is around CD17 each month so that's nice and consistent too. So glad I'm charting again, it's really put what I thought were weird cycles back into perspective

My AF came back at about 8 months after I had DD when she dropped her night feed. My cycle has been irregular over the last 12 months and is anywhere from 24 to 34 days!!!

We are actively trying atm and luckily the last 4 months has seen my cycle settle to 26/27 days. Before DD it was a 32 day cycle.

My bleeding is also a lot heavier for 2-3 days followed by 3-4 days of basically spotting. Annoying but hopefully we will get our BFP somehow!
