My nephews' school did this last year (or maybe the year before?). I think from memory it was about $30 and the book looked fantastic - really professional, great photos of all the dishes and a fantastic range of recipes from mid-week quickies to desserts, biscuits etc.

They were done on the basis of "Johnny and Jenny's Grandma's Lasagne" sort of thing, so maybe that got around the copyright issues that Rivlas has raised. There is a copyright disclaimer that the recipes are the work of the author, not copied from any other publication etc. They got a fair bit of corporate sponsorship for it I think.
