My DD is starting school tomorrow, i am so excited for her as she is absolutely thrilled! I am probably going to cry buckets, but she looks so grown up in her uniform and she is more than ready for the new experience. I do feel sad that i can't be at home for her every afternoon after school, and i'm a bit worried that i haven't done enough to prepare her for things like opening her school bag to get out her lunch box (it has a million zips on it and i can see her getting upset and frustrated over something like this!), or that she won't know what to do for something, or will get lost somewhere in the school and will get worried and won't ask for help. Oh no, now my heart is breaking for her, in case that does happen! Ok, i am going to stick to my original thoughts, i am so excited for her and will try to think of the positives!
