I tried oils too but DD's scalp would be so oily for up to 4-5 days ... looked awful !!

So, i would once a week massage a heap of Hydraderm cream (not the lotion one) ... it's a tub can purchase in Priceline ... & then pop DD in the bath & wash off with water only. Her hair would be a bit greasy looking for about 1-2days

GP & MCHN both said it's fine to take the dry bits off manually with your clean nails/hands which i would did sometimes on inbetween days if i saw any dry scabs on her scalp.

Yeh, their scalp can smell infact i remember DP once said DD's scalp smelt like a dog (that was before the Hydraderm days, LOL )
