DD suddenly cant turn head one way..HELP

thanks lovlies (and mick via FB) i took her, finally got seen to in the corridor as we were leaving due to the wait..think its either glands (hers a generally large) or strained muscle

this happened to my DS2 on new years eve, the next day one of his glands just under his ear was up the size of a golf ball. In the end he was on antibiotics and it took 2 weeks to improve. Just was a virus that decided to settle in the gland.

shes ok today, better now than this morning thoughs shes really tired from a late night so is falling over lots poor kid cant win
