Phoebe doesn't have a 'wonky' pupil, but she's got one bigger than the other. It was discovered by the GP at her 4mo check. We went to the paed pretty urgently (cause it can be a sign of neurological damage) but it is just her little quirk. P's pupils also dilate equally, even though in some lights one is more dilated than the other. It's something she will have to tell all her doctors as she grows older - it's just her thing. (Or one of them anyway!)
I am sure your DD's 'thing' is the wonky pupil But as others have said, see a specialist if it makes you feel better. I find as parents we tend to do all that we can for our kids so that we can reassure ourselves that... well... we've done all we can.
