    If it is foul smelling, I would take her to the doctor. It might be worth swabbing to see whether she needs any antibiotics. Try squirting a bit of breast milk on it as well, and letting that dry.

    If you want to use an antifungal, use nilstat or daktozin as they are safe for baby skin.

    Hi Sunshine,

    My 3 month old little man has the extremely red and weeping and sometimes bad smelling arm pits too. I have tried the cornflour several times a day but it doesn't seem to be absorbent enough. This morning I cleaned it with BM and put some Curash corn starch/zinc powder on, seems to work better than just starch, but I don't like the parfume (sp?) in it. Do you mind me asking what you ended up using to help your DD?
