Pac - my DS got some sort of boil under his arm, from a staph infection - looked like a horrible nasty pimple. Then it burst and as the fluid drained, this nasty crop of smaller pimples appeared - which the GP said was most likely from the transfer of of the staph-infected fluid onto his skin, they turned into surface infections.

We basically had to keep it clean (as much as possible), use savlon and had a script for oral ABs if it didn't clear after a few days.

The staph bug lives inside our nose - everyone's nose - so it is possible that as her nose ran and she wiped it, she's wiped some sort of bug onto her skin. Probably nothing serious but she may need some ABs to help clear it. I'd be going to the GP hun.
