I'm sorry your little girl has asthma. My DD was diagnosed around 6 weeks ago. Hers was triggered by having a chest infection and the wheezing was so loud at one point, was very scary. I don't have a lot of advice for you as we are just finding our feet with it too. We have a preventor and ventolin which we used while she was sick and we also kept using the preventor for a week after she got better. My doctor said start using the preventor again at the first sign of any cough/cold and hopefully by doing that we can avoid it developing into a wheeze/asthma attack. Thankfully hers doesn't seem to be triggered by exercise, only having a virus/cold and cold air seems to make her a bit wheezy too.

Big hugs and fingers crossed that you can figure out a management plan that works for her xo
