Thank you so much everyone! My brother was a really bad asthmatic when he was younger and i so remember vividly to this day his attacks and the ambulance to hospital! Working for the QAS too has had me seeing and hearing some really bad asthma attacks and i guess that is where i have gotten my fear from! i have only ever seen it as a bad dibilitating disease. So it is really good to hear that some go on to lead "normal" lives and others out grow it! LOL as if i wasn't over protective mother in the first place, now this is only going to make it worse, but i am sure i will eventually get use to it all.

Sangie i just saw you thread before i replied to this and your thread sounds exactly like your circumstances! it was as if i wrote it myself! I really hope our bubba's grow out of it it does help though knowing someone else is going through exactly the same thing
