Remedies to help relieve coughing at night

Olive, I was kind of thinking the same thing. I'm not sure though as we have the heater on 18 overnight which keeps the house just warm. When we go outside into the cold her cough gets even worse. So confusing but I definitely see what you're saying.

You should be able to get it from some pharmacies but not all as I went to my local one and they havent even heard of it.

I find ducted heating when I have a cough makes it ten times worse. Perhaps hang some wet clothes over the ducts in their room to dampen the air a bit.

I made the honey drink too and a squeeze of lemon as well hun. Also with the ducted heating what you can do as well is put plates of water on the vent of each one in a few rooms to help humidify the rooms.
