Stop using the steroid cream. Steroid cream should be used very sparingly and no more than 2-3 days in a row.

It definitely sounds fungal. She needs to see a doctor first thing tomorrow so its great that you are taking her. It would probably be quite painful as well so I would maybe even give her some panadol and try and change her nappy during the night.
