We are a dairy free household (my kids have never eaten it, and I haven't eaten it in nearly 13 years).

There is a brand of soy cheese that we eat called 'Cheezly'. It comes in many different types (Edam is our favourite), and you can grate it or slice it or melt it on pizza. We get it at our local health food store. It is imported by a company in Melbourne called 'Vegan Perfection' and they list their national stockists on their website, so you may be able to find a store near you.

I am happy to answer any 'dairy-free' questions (I don't consider myself an expert, just someone who has lived without dairy for a long time and hasn't looked back!).
