Mel - Em has the Soy King yoghurts. Check the ingredients on your margarine too, lots of them do have milk in them. There are 2 that I know of that are definitely dairy free. Lots of your crackers will have it in there too. Hmm, maybe I should come down there or you come up here and we do a grocery shop for one of us together, coz I can never think of the names we use, just recognise the packs. I am trying to remember to look at all the cheeses when I do the shopping but by the time I get to the cheese section I have a full trolley and am getting tired.

Christy has some excellent recipes too She has saved my bacon a few times. I usually write down the recipes she gives me and Em has not pushed one away yet.

    Thanks guys

I tried the soy cheese slice things that I found - DS hates them ... even DH said they tasted like crap... LOL

He's not as manic now (welll, no more than a normal 2 year old) and his poos have gotten a little better - one even rolled off the nappy the other day

But he still has cheese - so thanks for that tip Ally.

Ali - yeah I'll have to look into getting some dairy free margarine.....
