a warm compress on my tummy works wonders, do you have heat pack??
Yup got a heat pack. Do you think it would start things moving on their own?

Lots of fruit - does she like juices - maybe trying making her fresh juices?? With DD1 it's cherry tomatos. She eats them (like a while punnet) and things get moving very quickly. Funily enough- the other thing i remember making me have to go to the toilet was heaps of chocolate and grainy bread.

HTH - good luck. xx
Heaps of chocolate makes me go to the toilet too. She has lots of fruit during the day, and it doesn't seem to make a difference. My IL's just sent me a text suggesting pear juice so I may have to try that.

When this happened to us the Dr gave us an enema to give her and this worked really well and no cramps. Not sure if you can buy them over the counter but might be worth give your local one a ring to ask.
Ewww an enema!! Poor bugger.. LOL... I'll have to have a chat to the chemist people I think... doh!!

Try getting her to have a warm bath. It may help.
I hope she feels better soon.
She's had a warm bath every night - and it hasn't helped bring out the poo Sometimes she poos in the bath, but apparently her problem is that she doesn't finish the poo, then it builds up slowly over time - and now she's at the point where she is full of rock hard poop. And we've got to get it out (btw, did you see on jamie oliver once that some kids were full to the point where they were vomiting poo? gross gross gross)

Thanks for the suggestions guys. She just farted in front of me, so maybe the prunes are doing something.. lol
