Not sure about the pain stop to be honest as that by itself can be quite strong for little ones. Panamax yep just the same as panadol but cheaper.

Never thought about the price, lol. Is it stronger though? I always thought it was... I gave up on panadol anyway, mine won't take it, so I use the dymadon.

believe it or not, it is just about completely the same, but just a generic brand

yep just cheaper brand!!!

DS1 will not take panadol brand we also use dymadon, most friends have same issue!
