DD2 also had one on her arm, it was the size of a 20c piece or lightly bigger, it started to disappear around 18 months and is now barely visible!

My DD had a large one up the length of her arm and was referred to a skin specialist through the children's hospital. They had just discovered a blood pressure medicine was having great results in reducing the severity of them. She took the medicine until she was 2 and after being raised, thick and red and something people were horrified to look at as a newborn now at 3 IF people see it then they might think it is a slight rash or a bit of sunburn and it is still fading. So there are things that can be done.
