    I was thinking dehydration as well... easy to happen over summer... how sunken is it? Did you notice it before the GP said anything?

    Yes, we have noticed it weeks ago, but assumed it was because of the hot weather or because he has such a large one that it just sinks in more (less to support the skin underneath).

    He has breastmilk caused janudice and reflux.

    Its sinks in about - i dunno, say 3 -4 mm? Its not always obvious, such as if he is lying down (GP said thats cause of the pressure).
