My DD2 very quickly deteriorates in this weather. Last year she had RSV and her lungs collapsed and the year before she developed a bad case of croup. Both times she went off her food, looked pale and was 'droopy'. I keep an eye out for that now and call the health line if its late at night and I can't get in to see the Dr.
Croup worries me - the "stridor" breathing and watching for the little triangle at the base of the throat to be sucked in / belly go out is a sign of breathing distress.
As always, if you're wondering if you should see a doctor, I would. Couple of times I've done this with my kids (and DH has wondered why) and they've needed help.
