I used a whole lot of cutters HotI. The strips I used a fondant cutter, on a roller. You can change the thickness and cut two strips at once. I used a knife for some of the other bits and also a series of metal cutters (they have a finer edge than cookie cutters I believe, so you can be exact with the fondant) to get the circles.
